Fat loss hacks
5-HTP
Becoming known for its ability to promote weight loss, 5-HTP has been shown to reduce appetite. It appears to do this by stimulating serotonin production in the brain. While 5-HTP has not yet been extensively researched, some human and double-blind studies have shown that 5-HTP promotes weight loss by reducing appetite.
CBD for sleep
Not sleeping enough can make you store fat. Studies have shown that when people don't get enough sleep, they have increased levels of a hunger hormone called ghrelin and decreased levels of the satiety/fullness hormone called leptin that can often lead to overeating and weight gain. If you struggle to sleep, CBD could help.
Caffeine
Caffeine stimulates the nervous system, which sends direct signals to the fat cells, telling them to break down fat. It does this by increasing levels of the hormone epinephrine in the blood. Caffeine can temporarily reduce feelings of hunger and your desire to eat. Caffeine appears to increase energy use even when you're at rest. It stimulates thermogenesis — one way your body generates heat and energy from digesting food. Remember to avoid caffeine past lunchtime!
Red light therapy
Red light therapy — also known as low-level laser therapy or infrared light — is emerging as a non-invasive fat removal treatment. While it may sound too good to be true, proponents of red light therapy claim it has helped remove “stubborn” fat that diet and exercise have failed to get rid of.

Cut out alcohol
Alcohol consumption can lead to what is known as alcoholic fatty liver. This condition can damage your liver, affecting the way your body metabolizes and stores carbohydrates and fats. Changes in the way your body stores energy from food can make it very difficult to lose weight. Don’t expect to lose body fat while drinking alcohol.
Green tea
To burn fat, your body must first break down the fat cells in your body and move them into your bloodstream. Animal studies suggest that the active compounds in green tea can aid this process by boosting the effects of some fat-burning hormones, such as norepinephrine (noradrenaline).
